This Coaching Practice Development programme provides a structured approach to address each of the elements required to build and run a successful coaching practice. It takes the form of an initial half day workshop in which participants effectively put together an actionable business plan for themselves, taking into account all their respective constraints.
This plan includes the development of a clear value proposition for your practice, and a marketing and lead generation strategy that is measurable. The workshop will include both online and offline approaches to practice development. It also provides guidelines on how to effectively administrate and scale a coaching business – this covers elements like invoicing, office administration and client management processes.
“Basically what you will walk away with is a measurable action plan to run and grow your coaching practice as an effective business.”
During the initial workshop, participants will be divided into working groups. These working groups are encouraged to be in regular weekly contact to both share experiences and frustrations and to sustain motivation. Additionally, there are two participant calls of an hour each for all attendees to gather feedback, share successes and lessons learnt. These will be held at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the initial practice development workshop.
